If you've got a canvas and you're painting, you understand your parameters. If you're painting a massive wall, you have no idea where to begin or end.

That's what running a business without structure feels like. You can't name what's wrong. You just know something's off, something's eating your time, something keeps landing back on your plate no matter how many times you hand it off. That's not a flaw. That's what happens when you're the one holding the whole wall up.

I spend time with you and find the gaps. What only works because you personally remember it. What you're doing that isn't worth your time, but you're stuck doing anyway. Then I build the structure underneath it: who's responsible, who's accountable, who needs to be asked before a decision gets made, who just needs to be told after.

Everyone deserves what I call a playbook, your yellow pages to your own business. Not because I want to hand you off to someone else. Because I want you to be replaceable in your own day to day. I don't want you living in your business forever just to keep it standing.

I've spent 17 years doing this across industries with nothing in common. What's always the same is the problem underneath: a business moving fast, high stakes, with no real structure holding it up yet.
